what should my chromatic tuner be calibrated to if i want to tune an acoustic guitar in standard tuning?

i heard somewhere that the calibration on a chromatic tuner messes with what pitch you tune to. i want to tune my guitar in standard tuning. nothing speacial. what should i calibrate it to?

    You didn’t say which model you have but they all work more or less the same, some are better than others.
