Alright so basically I start with the low E string and tune each string down half a step, but then after that the low E string that I tuned down is back to a normal E note, not D#. I know the electric tuner is accurate and I know the 5th fret method, but I want to learn how to tune my guitar by ear. Any informations, tips or suggestions on how to do this? Any suggestions on how to train my ear to recognize notes without a turner of guessing? I know this is important to learn to play better but no idea how to go about it.
