www.RiffNinja.com The pure chromatic scale includes all twelve notes that are available – that’s why they call this the one true scale. Every other scale is just a subset of the chromatic scale. Because you’re using all the notes, it isn’t really even in a particular key.

i heard somewhere that the calibration on a chromatic tuner messes with what pitch you tune to. i want to tune my guitar in standard tuning. nothing speacial. what should i calibrate it to?
