Easier to play acoustic guitar by looking at tabs or chords?

Is either instrument easier to play than the other? I know how to play the piano, and I would like to learn how to play the guitar. I also know how to play the clarinet and the saxophone. What’s easier to learn on a Acoustic guitar or electric?

I was learning to play a few yrs back.. I got a acoustic but things fizzled out and haven’t pick it up for like 9 mos .. I kinda gave up but I really do want to learn how to play..
