Small hands (Less than 6 inches) and a full sized body guitar, help/advice please?

I have really small hands (i’m 18), they’re barely 6 inches and i have so much trouble when playing chords on a full sized guitar. Especially on my acoustic which has much higher action than my fender stratocaster. Can anyone give me advice? I don’t like making my chords sound so buzzy when i play them, it disturbs me.
